Insight's Global's client is looking for a dispatcher to join their team in Orlando. This person will serve as the link between our customers' clients and the configuration center teams, ensuring timely delivery of equipment. This entry-level role requires good communication skills and a basic IT background.

Day to Day:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Coordinate with the configuration center to ensure on-time equipment delivery.
Track and monitor order status, providing updates to clients.
Utilize Connectwise ticketing system and resolve issues related to equipment delivery.
Maintain records of client interactions and order status.
Assist with basic IT-related issues concerning equipment.

Pay range is $14-$16.50
