Warehouse Quality Supervisor

What Will You Do?

The Ashley Network is seeking a motivated and analytical Warehouse Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes, improving product quality, and reducing errors. You will work closely with distribution center leadership to identify areas for improvement, collect and analyze data, and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on product performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement communication tools to share findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct audits of various warehouse processes, including product location, delivery truck preparation, and product handling.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for warehouse personnel.
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve processes and reduce errors.
  • Travel among the Ashley Network facilities as needed.

What Do You Need?

  • Associate degree in Business, Quality Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to promote teamwork.
  • Excellent understanding of blueprints and engineering specifications.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including data mining and data organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel among the Ashley Network facilities.
