District Director of Operations

The District Director of Operations will hold the responsibility of driving and managing revenue across a 12-facility region stretching mostly across the panhandle of Florida. Across these 12 facilities are 947 units broken down into 719 assisted living units, 172 memory care units, and 42 independent living units. Each facility is headed by an executive director who will report directly to the District Director of Operations with facility budget, payroll, staffing, capitol forecasts, etc. The District Director will be coaching and mentoring these Executive Directors at each facility in order to meet budget/revenue expectations. This is a travel heavy role and Directors can be expected to be on the road 3 days out of the week attending to the facilities in the region.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of experience as a Regional Manager or Director of Operations.
- Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Candidates with long tenure in previous roles
- Experience in a CCR setting.
