Summary:
Directs the operations and actively participates in the strategic planning in employed models or residency training clinical practice operations. Leads credentialing activities and ensures education and regulatory compliance. Ensures financial success by formulating new practice business, marketing, staffing plans, determines appropriate specialty specific needs, and works with vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Formal Education Required:
-Registered Nurse or Bachelor's degree in related field
-Masters degree preferred

Experience & Training Required:
-Five (5) years of experience managing physician practices and hospital relationships or equivalent
-Leadership and practice management experience with multiple clinical specialties preferred

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
-Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with Summa Health Medical Group (SHMG) physicians, education coordinators, medical directors, service line leaders and administrative staff.
-Ability to guide the efforts of others to achieve strategic objectives and financial goals.
-Ability to interpret accrual and/or cash basis financial reporting.
-Ability to asses and quantify physician practice productivity utilizing the CMS RVU and/or other agreed national benchmarking systems.
-Population Specific Competency: ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

-Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently

$49.29/hr - $73.94/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
