Introduction

Use your experience developing and providing training as the Field Services Training Representative (Motor Vehicle Program Specialist - Senior) with the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Bureau of Field Services! This position is responsible for organizing, developing, and updating regional OnBase training materials and procedures. OnBase is software used by DMV for an imaging and workflow system. The Training, Operations & Program Support Unit is responsible for effectively delivering training and support for approximately 360 DMV Customer Service Representative staff throughout the state to efficiently and accurately deliver products and services to customers. This team is composed of innovative, talented, and fun individuals who are passionate about their work.

This position is headquartered in Madison, Janesville, Mauston, Monroe, Dodgeville, Portage, Watertown, Waupaca or Oshkosh, WI.

Position Summary

This critical role is at the forefront to many exciting updates to training and procedures for the Bureau of Field Services. As a DMV Field Services Training Representative, you will be the bureau's expert for OnBase processing and escalation review. You will be responsible for surveying training needs, developing training programs, conducting training and evaluating the effectiveness of training for the Bureau of Field Services field staff. This involves working directly with region supervisors and lead workers to ensure compliance with standards and expectations for quality and quantity of work.

In addition to developing training for field staff, you will conduct IT system testing and provide technical support and training for changes to or new IT system implementations.

Salary Information

This position is in schedule-range (07-04) with a salary of $26.52/hr ($55,161 annually)-$31.62/hr ($65,769 annually) , plus excellent benefits. A twelve-month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
