Job Duties

DMV is seeking to hire an individual to work in the Titling Work Center.
This is technical position in a high volume DMV regulatory unit responding to mail-in requests for service as well as providing help to Customer Service Centers, Customer Contact Center and other departments. The incumbent rotates to perform all services provided in the work unit.

Minimum Qualifications

*Working knowledge of business English, grammar, and mathematics
*Demonstrated Keyboarding skills, and ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Knowledge of office operating practices, filing systems, office equipment and automated systems.
*Demonstrated ability to compose correspondence.
*Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work using prescribed procedures.
*Demonstrated ability to research, collect, analyze data, and reach logical conclusions.
*Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work.
*Ability to interpret and explain guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures to customers.
*Ability to communicate in a courteous and effective manner with others, inside and outside the agency.
*Ability to work independently or with others.
*Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
*High school graduate or equivalent
