DOCUMENT REVIEW SPECIALIST | REMOTE
The Select Group is looking for a talented Document Review Specialist with a strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Excel. This person will be responsible for document review, classification verification, quality assurance, collaboration, and data migration. This is a short-term contract and is fully remote, with working hours depending on which time zone the candidate is located.

DOCUMENT REVIEW SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2+ years of experience in document review
  • MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Quality Assurance experience (Jira, Agile workflow, etc.)
  • Experience with PDF documents and document management systems
  • Experience with document asset management systems (DAM) and classification software
  • Basic understanding of compliance/regulatory requirements
Bonus skills:
  • Basic knowledge of relational and hierarchical database models
  • Experience with at least one of the following tools: Pimcore, Widen, AgilePLM, Informatica Product360
  • Documentation certification

DOCUMENT REVIEW SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Review:
  • Manually review PDF documents to ensure they are correctly classified based on predefined criteria.
Classification Verification:
  • Assess documents to determine if they have been categorized correctly.
  • Reclassify documents if necessary, ensuring compliance with classification guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
  • Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of document accuracy.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors found during the review process.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to discuss findings and implement improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Operations) to resolve classification issues.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all reviewed documents and their classification status.
  • Prepare reports summarizing review findings and present them to management.
