The Document Tracker is responsible for the printing and processing of all incomplete documents to be sent or delivered to the applicable physician offices, to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is motivated to learn, an organized team-player, with a dynamic personality who can work well with in-office personnel as well as referral sources.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in home health care or related health program preferred, medical office experience necessary.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
- Intermediate functional knowledge of computer/technology skills including, but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, navigation of company website, and electronic medical record.
