Job Summary:
We are seeking a Document Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in roles that require a deep understanding of Purchase Order (PO) requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adhere to strict guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
PO Requirements Review: Carefully review and identify specific requirements detailed in Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure all documentation aligns with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
Document Creation and Maintenance: Create, maintain, and submit necessary documents as per customer guidelines. This involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with the outlined standards.
Customer Guidelines Adherence: Work closely with customer specifications to produce high-quality documentation that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of documentation. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Document Specialist role or a similar position with a strong emphasis on understanding and managing PO requirements.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ITAR regulations and the ability to apply these guidelines in daily tasks.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in document creation and submission.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using document management software and tools to create, edit, and manage documentation efficiently.
