A Tech Company is seeking a remote Process Documentation / Content Specialist to join the PMO organization. This individual will be responsible for documenting new processes and procedures for the Project Management Office in support of the agile transformation, and owning internal corporate communications in support of these process changes. You will work hand in hand Agile coaches and cross functional teams to produce high-quality and aesthetically pleasing documentation that supports the software development lifecycle and enhances the overall efficiency of the new processes. The ideal candidate can take disorganized and outdated content stored in multiple file repositories/locations, clean it up, and create a solution to organize the information in an easily consumable way that can be maintained. You must have experience developing executive-ready content across various formats to meet diverse communication needs, create training content, PowerPoint presentations, capture process updates and communicate changes etc

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years as process documentation, content or communications specialist in a fast-paced tech environment, preferably within a PMO organization
Expertise in documenting project management processes, software development processes, agile methodologies, and other operational processes
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand and aesthetically pleasing, company branded documents
Proficiency in industry-standard documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Confluence, JIRA, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience working with project management tools like Jira
