Domain Migration IT Specialist Temp

The Domain Migration IT Specialists will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications. Working alongside existing IT Support staff to ensure the project goals and deadlines are met. This position has a direct impact on the perception and reputation of the department and its ability to support its customers.

This is a TEMPORARY position with a planned end date at the end of January 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Tyler's internal customers via telephone, email and in-person.
• Work with other IT Support team to migrate existing divisional machines to the Tyler domain
• Replace machines that do that do not meet standards
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems in advancement of migration project

Location
Plano, Texas

Qualifications

• Entry level basic computer skills and troubleshooting
• May be required to lift 30 pounds on a weekly basis and bend and work in restrictive spaces such as under desks
• Must be able to work onsite in our Plano, Texas office (5101 Tennyson Pkwy., Plano, TX 75024)
