Ultimate Therapy 2, LLC is seeking a DOR Director of Rehabilitation PT/OT to fill a full-time , salaried position in our s kil led nursing facility . You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
