Work you'll do :

The Drupal Developer Drupal Developer to enhance and maintain several Drupal applications. As a core member of our development team, you will be responsible for build out of new features and maintenance of existing high-visibility apps.

Responsibilities include:
  • Proficient in Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules, and core API
  • Strong architectural abilities, including knowledge with data, display, and information architecture
  • Experience designing online solutions in Drupal 10 and PHP implementations
  • Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Experience working in a containerized environment
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (Design, QA, Client teams)
  • Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
  • Knowledge of coding best practices
  • Thorough an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs
  • Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges.

    Our Cloud Engineering team focuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of: Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage.

    Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience, and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

    Qualifications:

    Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Drupal Developer
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with AWS EKS is a plus
  • Work closely with teammates to conduct paired programming session and code reviews
  • Key Skills & Knowledge Areas: Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, AWS EKS
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
