Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Creator Project Manager within their Earned Social Team. As a part of the broader External Marketing Group (EMG), the Earned team's purpose is to drive conversation and love for our clients brand, partners, talent, and their fans across the social ether.

As the Creator Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Creator activation initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and Creators to streamline processes and track workflows effectively.

You are highly plugged into the internet and keep your finger on the pulse of conversation across entertainment, pop culture and brands. With a knack for listening, engaging in meaningful dialogues with fans through content creation, you're well-versed in the dynamics of the creator landscape and possess solid experience in creator project management.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop and maintain creator project timelines, tracking progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in Creator project workflows.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and Creators, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure financial adherence.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources to support timely project completion.
Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and address delays promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative by working with the various internal and external partners
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress and status to internal and external stakeholders.
Ongoing Housekeeping: Provide support in managing Creator relationships, including communication, updates and issue resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience working with Creators in a marketing or social media capacity including but not limited to outreach, ideation, communication and execution.
• Proven track record of executing successful social campaigns and a deep understanding of social platforms and trends are essential requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
