Hello,

PAIEB needs Temp to Perm Contractors for our Enrollment Case Manager Team and we would like you to assist with recruitment and sourcing for this role(s). We are targeting the following counties: Allegheny, Adams/Franklin, Elk/Clearfield, Monroe, Potter, Schuylkill, and Philadelphia.

We are not targeting specific zip codes with this event. Please refer to the hiring event schedule for a breakdown of specific needs within the identified counties.

The hiring event will take place on Wednesday 7/31 and Thursday 8/1/2024, and the new hire class start date for this event would be Monday, 8/26/2024.

Compensation: $20.50/Hr. monolingual

Education: A minimum of one year experience in public or private social work; or a minimum of two years of case work experience including one year of experience performing assessments of individuals functional ability to determine the need for institutional or community-based services; and a Bachelor's degree, with or supplemented by a minimum of 12 semester hours credit in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social science; Or a Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major; Or any equivalent combination of experience or training with successful completion of a minimum of 12 semester hours credit in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social science.

1. 1. One-year experience in a local AAA office may be substituted for one-year assessment experience.

Experience: Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of audiences, including the disability community; ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks; ability to work independently; experience entering data into automated information systems; knowledge of local health care networks and providers; ability to maintain cultural sensitivity
