Job Overview

We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving marketing programs to build brand awareness for small businesses in our Canadian marketplace.

Location

Seattle, WA, US (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver online campaigns, including website placements, email campaigns, and push notifications
• Execute holiday marketing including deals merchandising, gift guides, and small business storefront updates
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
• Perform heavy merchandising and marketing execution
• Improve and refresh storefront site
• Update headshots and bio blurbs for small businesses
• Schedule content using internal tools
• Use image creation tools
• Pull reporting for small business deals
• Collaborate with internal and external partners

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketing
• Site merchandising experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Table, V-Lookup)
• Experience in merchandise creation
• Experience with creation tools
• BA in Marketing or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a large e-commerce company

Key Skills

1. Merchandising and marketing experience (3-5 years)
2. Site merchandising experience
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup)

Additional Information

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (9 am - 5 pm, can be flexible)
• Contract duration: 4 months
• Possibility for extension or conversion based on performance

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $44/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
