Under direction of the Chief, Office of Human Rights (OHR), and EEO Manager (Staff Services Manager II); and under direction of the Staff Service Manager I (SSM I). The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator assigned to a Hospital. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating reasonable accommodations, conducting discrimination complaint intake, processing and tracking EEO inquiries, coordinating and conducting EEO training, providing EEO guidance to staff, supervisors, and managers, providing consultation to the Executive Director, and special projects. This position allows for part-time telework and will require in-person attendance when requested by OHR management.

Working Conditions
  • A majority of the essential functions of this position may be performed via telework and/or flexible scheduling. Consistent with Policy Directive 5338, telework may be considered with prior approval from management. Although the ability to telework may be granted, incumbent must be available to report two days per week minimum to the DSH Metropolitan and attend in-person mandated trainings and essential meetings.
