My client, a $900MM+ International Manufacturer of high temperature materials utilized in a variety of applications, is presently seeking an ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER to lead their EH&S efforts at their plant, located Southwest of Nashville, TN. They are seeking an experienced professional from a manufacturing environment with a strong background in Air Quality / Air Permitting as well as Environmental evaluation and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on EH&S experience within a manufacturer, ideally involving some kind of chemical processing / hazardous materials environment.
• Seeking In-House experience and not strictly experience working for a consulting or A&E Firm.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety. Will consider other technical degrees.
• An HSE qualification such as an OSHA general certificate is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Must have experience involving air quality / air permitting and environmental compliance.
• Must have an in depth knowledge of legislation (OSHA/EPA/DOT, air permitting) and procedures.
• Must have proven analytical skills in EH&S in order to make effective presentations to corporate management as well as to important external third parties.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $85K to $100K + 15% bonus.
