POSITION PURPOSE: This full-time position will d evelop, implement, maintain, train, and provide expertise associated with environmental, health and occupational safety matters. Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide a safe environment and to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. Manage ISO14001 EMS certification in Watertown and coordinate globally to ensure consistent policies and procedures, including safe and environmentally sustainable facilities and processes throughout the company. Plan and administer the workers' compensation program for US based employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of ISO14001, OSHA, Workers' Compensation and all other applicable US,state, federal or local safety and health regulations.
• BS Degree in related field is preferred
• 2-3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficent in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a change oriented environment.
