Insight Global is looking for an EIT/Structural coordinator for a client located in Corpus Christi, TX. This person will be joining a marine engineering team that is responsible for waterfront structures. On a daily basis this person will: Perform assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of structural engineering techniques and procedures, make decisions on significant design and engineering features as needed, function as a Project Manager on small and mid-size projects as needed, and supervise a small staff of professionals and technicians as needed. Must be interested and willing to learn marine engineering if they dont come from this background.

Required Skills & Experience
Masters degree in Structural Engineering
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in office 5 days per week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
Heavy geotechnical background
Strong marine engineering or ports experience
Cwall sheet experience
