An employer is looking for a highly skilled hybrid electrical design technician to join one of our largest national clients for 6 month contract role. In this role you will utilize and maintain 3D Printers to generate models from CAD files. You will also execute and document engineering product validation tests and work with environmental, shock/vibration and electrical test equipment in order to support engineers creating in home devices, mainly thermostats. This is a 6 month contract role with potential extension or conversion.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with product prototyping and testing
- Experience working with CAD
- Experience collaborating with mechanical engineers
- Experience with 3D printing
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to go on site to the Golden Valley, MN location 3 times/week
