RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deploy the initiated activities to relative teams
  • Supervise the daily activities of one or several electrical development teams
  • Supervise balancing work load and areas of concern
  • Supervise multiple product designs and deliverables
  • Supervise that team members comply with work instructions, processes and procedures
  • Supervise team members ensuring prioritized development and timely completion
  • Check prepared project development plans including resources and expenses
  • Coordinate the regular electrical team meetings
  • Approve reported work hours for supervised associates
  • Manage supervised associates' performance and outline career paths
  • Develop and implement career development with training plans agreed upon with supervised associates
  • Supervise that team members are coached and trained well in engineering / technical disciplines
  • Create all projects' resource forecasting in the short term or over the long term
  • Hire new electrical engineers according to the resource forecasting with the manager
  • Supervise properly retaining team members structure for all projects
  • Supervise all team members' complying with the electrical work plan
  • Establish and retain the Electrical design and verification engineering standards/documents' archiving
  • Lead continuous electrical development process improvement activities
  • Supervise multiple project developments/deliveries using the electrical work product delivery matrix
  • Lead how to respond to emergent solution request from the inside/outside whenever necessary
  • Retain close collaboration with other engineering disciplines and a good relationship with customers
  • Be acquainted with legal risks related to HR and also facilitate all team members to have the relative trainings.
  • Lead that team members essentially analyze root cause of engineering issues and the lessons learned
  • Lead team members independently working but helping each other whenever necessary

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years of automotive related or equivalent electrical/electronics production design experience
