Electrical Engineering Tools Manager - Palm Bay, FL

Electrical Engineering Tools Manager needed for a Contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Palm Bay, FL.

Contract Length: 12 months, possibility to extend or convert to client FTE

Our client's Printed Circuit Design Engineering team is seeking an Electrical Engineering Tools Manager. They will be interfacing with IT and hardware engineering on the deployment, integration, maintenance, and support of electrical engineering design tools on Windows platform.

Responsibilities:

• Successful candidate will be a competent user of PCB and/or FPGA design tools.
• Role involves interfacing with IT and supplier applications engineers for electrical tools installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across enterprise-wide environments for electrical engineering communities while also providing applications support for end users.
• Common tools include Siemens EDM and the Xpedition tools suite including Valor, Hyperlynx, Valydate, etc. in addition to Downstream Blueprint software, legacy Cadence Allegro, and others.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 6 years experience
