Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads the build process on first article and prototype build to print, as well as build to specification projects
  • Construct entire electrical panels from layout to testing using electrical schematics, which may include measuring, cutting and installing din rail, wire duct and wire, layout and mounting of electrical components, and properly terminating wires as per instructions
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Rebuild electrical /electronic panels
  • Provides technical input to the Integration Manager with respect to estimating and planning new projects

Qualifications
  • Extensive familiarity with a variety of the electrical field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of component functionality
  • Adept in troubleshooting electrical control panel problems
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in the field or related field
  • Must be knowledgeable of 3 rd to 1 st Class skills and possess a high degree of creativity and latitude

  • While performing these job duties, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
