Insight Global is hiring for multiple Electrical or Mechanical Technicians for a top oil and gas client located in North Houston. These individuals will be highly motivated to thrive in a team environment. They must have the ability to understand and interpret mechanical/ electrical drawings and wire diagrams, performing routine and non-routine testing/analyzing processes. Each individual will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment and must be comfortable working on their feet for a large portion of the day.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred associates in electrical, mechanical or computer related subjects or a recognized industry qualification such as automotive, Military or aerospace.

Familiar with common hand tools including; Torque Wrenches, Calipers, Scales, Pressure Gauges, Screwdrivers, Wrenches, and Crimpers.

2+ years of experience in related fields (Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Electronics or military technical branch.

Must be able to interpret and understand mechanical drawings and prints (if from mechanical background)

Understand at least basic electrical circuit components, functions and diagrams (if from an electrical background)

Good communication skills and familiar with Microsoft office based products

BS Degree
