Location: Blytheville, AR 72315
Schedule/hours : onsite - 2nd or 3rd shift
Monday through Friday with optional weekend OT
Compensation : upwards $33.50 hourly
Additional Income: weekly paid bonus (averages $5-$6 an hour) + uncapped Time and a half OT (also includes bonus)

MANAGERS NOTES:
  • Proficiency with PLC's (preferred Allen Bradley)
  • 3+ years of experience is high volume production floor with industrial electrical equipment (480v and up)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Atlas Tube provides structural support for buildings such as airports, stadiums, mega warehouses and large distribution centers, as well as infrastructure applications such as bridges and oil & gas pipelines. The Blytheville mill will produce HSS and pipe piling to meet or exceed ASTM A500, ASTM A1085, CSA G40 and ASTM A252 standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electrician role is responsible for safely maintaining and repairing production equipment to optimize quality, uptime, rate, and yield. This role requires strong electrical skills, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment operation and process conditions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensure equipment is maintained electrically following all of the defined safety procedures and that everyone working on the equipment is following these procedures.
  • Responsible to monitor, inspect and complete reports on equipment using manual and computerized maintenance management.
  • Read and interpret information and specifications from blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings in order to repair equipment, machinery, physical structures
  • Initiates troubleshooting techniques to solve quality, process, and electrical problems.
  • Perform all required electrical tasks associated with breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and changeovers on production.
  • Responsible to ensure housekeeping is in audit ready condition after the electrical task is completed.
  • Report any safety, quality, operational or output issues that you cannot correct.
  • Consistently adhere to and support company policies, Work Instructions and/or other procedures, and API/ISO requirements.
  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements such as: OSHA, EEO,


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • PLC experience is required. (Allen Bradley preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent


PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Journeyman Electrician preferred
