As an Electronics and Controls Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge control systems for both new machinery and upgrades to existing equipment. Your responsibilities will include creating high-performance control systems that improve machine communication, reliability, and safety. You will work with PLCs, industrial PCs, and advanced programming languages to ensure the seamless integration of machine controls and advanced automation systems. This position also involves occasional travel and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role pays up to $50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in control system development, embedded hardware design, and
programming.
Proficiency in RUST or similar modern programming languages, and experience with PLC
systems and IPCs.
Expertise in PCB design (Altium or similar), embedded hardware design, and microcontroller
programming.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet) and
system integration.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- C programming experience
- Python experience
- Experience working with robot integrations
