EVALUATION: Job performance will be evaluated following provisions of the State Department of Education and/or Pike Road Board of Education policy on the evaluation of certified personnel.

Teacher as Designer and Facilitator:

- Solicit and incorporate the voices of students concerning their learning.

- Design, redesign, and facilitate challenging, authentic, and meaningful work that appeals to students' motives, interests, and learning styles.
