We seek to hire a highly dedicated elementary teacher to work collaboratively in a co-teaching classroom environment. Candidates must have the flexibility to teach in 3rd grade-5th grade. In future years, this full-time, co-teaching elementary position may adjust based on student needs. We strive to hire individuals who are determined to see all students succeed, cognizant of their mindset, champions of equity, and are results-oriented. Applicants must be committed to continuous improvement and skilled at fostering mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. Our Ideal Candidate:

Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a current and valid Wisconsin Teaching License in Regular Education or Elementary Education (MC-EA, EA-A)

Is a passionate and engaging educator.

Has an excellent background in current teaching and learning strategies, specifically incorporating innovative strategies to differentiate and scaffold for students with varying skill levels.

Demonstrates ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with all learners, and work with students in a positive and motivational manner.

Has the ability to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

Collaborates and has a solution-oriented mindset.

Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable, especially during change.

Demonstrates good communication skills, including ability to guide and supervise groups of students and maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrates proficient office skills with computers and software.

Able to interact with others effectively, follow directions, and initiate activities independently.

Enjoy working with students and other staff members.

Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Bilingual (Spanish) skills and abilities are a plus.
