Job Profile

Job Summary

Responsible for: Sorting, reviewing and scanning all incoming mail in the Harris Health Eligibility System in a timely manner per the Eligibility Department Policy and Procedures, contact patients as needed to clarify missing information on documents provided, maintain document files in date proper order to facilitate finding of documents if needed to re-scan, process all Eligibility Service request in a timely manner, run TWC inquiries as assigned and comply with all State regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

School Education: High school diploma, or GED

Work Experience: 2 years of general customer service experience

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Writing /Composing Correspondence, Writing /Composing Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C., Typing
