Job Summary/Responsibilities
  • Organize, attend, and run after class activities on and off campus
  • Reply to ELP account emails
  • Promote and on post on ELP social media
  • Create promotional materials in graphic design programs
  • Assist with set-up
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Assist with updating student files
  • Cover the front office when necessary
  • Assist instructors with minor technical support
  • Answer the phones
  • File paperwork as needed
  • Welcome walk-ins and refer visitors to staff.
  • If the student speaks another language, translate for students when necessary.
  • Help students by taking them to some areas of campus when they need assistance.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a current UNF student
  • Proficiency with most computer applications
  • Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to create promotional materials
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Some knowledge of graphic design
