Your tasks

• Design, develop, and test software for new products and maintain software for existing products.
• Support technical lead engineers. Work with researchers in development and implementation of new functions. Work with product managers, UI designers to define requirements and user interfaces. Work with 1) project leads in managing scope, schedule, task definitions, prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies. 2) Electrical engineers in selecting components, pin assignments, schematic reviews and prototype boards. 3) Verification engineers in developing test strategies and procedures. 4) Manufacturing engineers to design automated calibration and test fixtures for production.
• Ensure the software quality and function according to the requirements and application in the field. Meet and apply global standards, and comply with security regulations.
• Mentor more junior engineers. Identify training program needs.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in developing embedded software
