Description
10+ years of experience as an embedded SRE.TotalSRE assessment framework to assess and understand the current processes / challenges
Develop a bank aligned framework for SRE maturity phases for application including onboarding templates to be leveraged
Align Observability platform setup and dashboarding to Dynatrace to reduce complexity in different systems
Templates and process standardization for SLO/SLI definition
Familiarity in ITIL or other Information Technology operations foundations.
Interest and ability in mentoring staff - improving technical capabilities.
Knowledge of Mainframes.
Extensive engineering familiarity of various technical domains with experience in the following areas:
Scripting and automation (Java, Python, shell, etc.)
Creating content (dashboard, reports, etc.) using Grafana, ElasticStack, Prometheus.
Experience utilizing alerting tools such as Moogsoft, CloudProbe, and Geneos.
Monitoring & Instrumentation Tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, ThousandEyes, or other APM tools).
Pipeline Technologies (CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.).
Code Repository Management (GitLab, Git, GitHub)
Containerization technology.
