We're in need of an enterprise master person index (EMPI) project manager, who has proven experience in standing up an EMPI (any industry, with the healthcare industry being preferred), as well as Azure cloud development experience. We have an Azure cloud based architecture alongside the EMPI serving as a raw transaction store (records every transaction to/from the EMPI) and a processed version of the raw transaction store, both of which we call Odyn. The PM role will need to ensure the EMPI and Odyn are designed, built, tested, implemented, and supported. We have a very knowledgeable architect to handle the design, but it would be of high value for the candidate to have experience with the technology components involved so the candidate can ensure the design is built [as designed].

The technology components are:

• Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Data Lake Services
• Event Hub
• Event Grid
• Functions (to filter and convert message transaction format)
• MuleSoft API engine
• HL7 ADT message format, specifically ADT transactions for Patient Demographics only (not orders, results, charges, ...)
• Verato UMPI

Optional experience with the person-matching components only of:

• Epic Identity (Patient and Consumer personas)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud (Marketing Lead and Account personas)
• Infor CloudSuite (Workforce personas)

Stated simply, the purpose of the EMPI is to build a crosswalk of all person identifiers so their data can be connected to support a 360-degree view of a person across their personas (where appropriate). It's a requirement the candidate has implemented an EMPI before and will be confirmed via a resume review and if passed, the first several interview questions.
