Employer Partnership Manager - Main Campus

Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Employer Partnership Manager expands the impact of Cincinnati State's (CSTCC) network of academic and employer relationships to support the College's mission. This position will develop, secure and grow partners, promoting the value of CSTCC educational programs, and executing a student-centered approach to effectively benefit both the College and employers. This position includes regional travel, some evening and weekend work.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Under direction of the Director of Admissions, establish goals and develop action plans through collaboration with Workforce Development Center, Career Center, Co-op Coordinators and Alumni Relations to build and maintain relationships with employers.
  • Develop agreements/contracts and/or custom engagement plans with employers to connect educational opportunities with their respective employees.
  • Authentically project and reflect the mission of CSTCC by facilitating a positive customer services experience for adult learners and employers.
  • Strategically cultivate employer relations focused on short-term certificates as well as degree programs to increase CSTCC's reach and educational impact.
  • Investigate and understand skill gap needs and collaborate with academic divisions to respond to employer needs.
  • Keep informed about programs and course offerings of the College, including Workforce Development.
  • Track and document, activities and tasks related to employer outcome needs and student performance.
  • Research, recommend, and participate in appropriate professional organizations or events to represent CSTCC and extend reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and CRM manager, to incorporate consistent utilization of marketing and communication that will enhance CSTCC being top of mind for educational opportunities. Within the region.
  • Develop, orient and support engaged alumni to represent CSTCC within their places of employment, as well as other opportunities.
  • Organize, develop work processes, identify and implement improvements, and lead projects that meet adult learner enrollment goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related experience in educational sales and partnerships with a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years and a master's degree in related field
  • Knowledge and use of CRM
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in collaborative partnerships
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and provide reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times-------------
