Work you'll do
As a Consultant in our ServiceNow group, you will join a team of professionals globally, to work with clients in implementing and driving value using the ServiceNow platform. This work will include advisory activities to assess and recommend improvements as well as support functional activities as part of ServiceNow implementations.

Work you'll do

- Utilizing strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to drive project success
- Developing user stories and designing updated business processes
- Reviewing and analyzing business processes
- Supporting customer deliverables such as building PowerPoint presentations, Excel analytics and resolving technology specific maintenance tickets

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science
- 3+ years' experience with functional knowledge of IT systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 50% , based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Project Management Experience
- Advanced MS Office
- Agile
