The End User Services Operations Manager provides expertise in the management of Collins Aerospaces End User Services ecosystem. The End User Services Operations Manager works collaboratively in planning and implementing End User Services initiatives with the Digital organization while managing a team of approximately 20 members. The Operations Manager will be an advocate for our users and the business while having an obsession for attention to detail, data, and superior customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership through developing and coaching team members
  • Leadership for hardware fulfillment and refresh / lifecycle activities
  • Participate in the selection of hardware and software standards
  • Escalation focal point for End User Service issues
  • Coordinate the purchase of all End User Service hardware
  • Review and coordinate hardware and non -standard hardware catalog requests
  • Participate in global Digital change meetings
  • Proactively monitor the health of the Digital landscape and provide reporting


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
  • Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time
  • Minimum of 3 years managing PC Deployment and inventory management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work withdifferent teams within the organization
  • Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure.


Preferred Qualifications: Industry accreditations are Preferred (ITIL)
