We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join a growing transportation and logistics company headquartered in Greeneville, Tennessee. The engineer will provide onsite end user support at the Des Plaines, IL location for critical escalations. This role is created to assist with escalations from the service desk to ensure successful and timely completion of problems and will also support several end-point projects. The ideal candidate is upbeat, interested in growing with the team, and eager to offer prompt support to help the team where its needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of help desk, end user support, or system administration experience
- Administration experience with Active Directory & Azure AD/Hybrid joined devices
- Experience/exposure to cloud environment MS Azure and/or MS SharePoint
- Extensive experience in O365 environment including support applications, managing user accounts, password policy enforcement, etc.

- Technology education or certifications
