In the Modern Work Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible senior specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end thought leadership, driving significant customer value, and enabling transformational customer outcomes. The Specialist seller works closely with customers to identify their cybersecurity needs and recommend the best solutions from Microsoft's suite of products and services. As a Modern Work Specialist you will build secure digital transformation strategies with customers, collaborating with different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable them to be more secure. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Responsibilities:

For the Modern Work Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end thought leadership, driving significant customer value, and enabling transformational customer outcomes. The Endpoint Management Solution Specialist - Modern Work seller works closely with customers to identify their endpoint management and access needs and recommend the best solutions from Microsoft's suite of products and services. As an Endpoint Management Solution Specialist - Modern Work, you will lead the endpoint management solutions sales efforts building secure digital transformation strategies with customers and peers, collaborating with different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable them to be more secure. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.   • Sales Execution: Orchestrate a virtual team and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close Intune Suite software and Surface hardware opportunities.
  • Consultative Solution Sales: Drive solutions sales best practices including but not limited to; discovery, building and crafting solution strategies that differentiate from the competition, challenging our customers with creative and innovative solutions.
  • Business Value Selling: Foster and expand Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision. Collaborate alongside other sellers roles to identify and qualify new Modern Work opportunities, engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers' business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Intune Suite products and Surface devices.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of Intune Suite software opportunities, to include Surface hardware bundles, with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead Modern Work BDM (Business Decision Maker) and ITDM (Information Technology Decision Maker) conversations, shares best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Sales Excellence: Lead the planning for accounts across territories, complete plans, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Intune Suite solutions across the organization.
  • Deliver Results and Model Microsoft Values: You will deliver results through teamwork, acts as role model for MS values including treating others with fairness and respect.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Other Requirements

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.

Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.
