The Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (Board) is currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Staff Services Analyst (SSA) or Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Enforcement Unit to serve as a Enforcement Analyst/Subpoena Coordinator.

Staff Services Analyst:

Under the supervision of the Enforcement Unit Manager, the SSA serves as an analyst, primarily responsible for the processing of the less complex enforcement complaint investigation cases and coordinating the processing of subpoenas to be issued or responded to.

Associate Governmental Program Analyst:

Under direction of the Licensing Unit Manager, the AGPA serves as an analyst, primarily responsible for the processing of the more complex enforcement complaint investigation cases and coordinating the processing of subpoenas to be issued or responded to.
