About Cognizant's Communications Media and Technology Practice:

At Cognizant CMT - a cross functional team comprised of Delivery Leads, Product Managers, Architects, embedded developers, manual testers, performance testers and automation testers, builds higher quality cutting edge software solutions for clients in cable industry across the globe. Across our US offices or within client development sites, our Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. Working in Cognizant CMT group, provides developers and testers consistent opportunities to drive excellence in technology while growing their exposure to fast paced and ever-changing cable industry landscape.

Location: Atlanta, GA

As an Engagement Delivery Partner, you will join our Communications & Media Practice, which serves some of the leading cable providers in the US. You will leverage your extensive experience in Information Technology to lead and deliver large-scale technology programs that enable our clients to transform their business and achieve their strategic goals. You will also manage the client relationship, ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth, as well as oversee the account financials, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. You will be a leader and mentor for the engagement team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback. You will also collaborate with other practice leaders, service lines, and partners to leverage cross-functional capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex technology programs for cable clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

• Manage the client relationship, building trust and rapport, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Oversee the account financials, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

• Manage the engagement team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.

• Collaborate with other practice leaders, service lines, and partners to leverage cross-functional capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

• Over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 10 years of experience in leading and delivering large-scale technology programs.

• Deep knowledge and experience in cable industry, with exposure to various domains such as network management, voice, data network services, device engineering, network virtualization, WiFi, etc.

• Strong client management skills, with proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and generate new business.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Strong financial management skills, with ability to manage account financials, forecast revenue, and track profitability.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with ability to motivate, inspire, and develop the engagement team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Certifications in project management, agile, or other relevant methodologies.

• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the cable industry.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
