Role: Engagement Portfolio Lead (Life Sciences)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Portfolio Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to oversee our portfolio and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and a good understanding of Life Sciences. This role will be pivotal in driving our strategic projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Delivery led client relationship Management
Lead the planning and execution of portfolio and project management activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.Delivery Management in collaboration with Service lines
Operations Management
Collaboration with CP/CRM's to expand the current portfolio and fac
Lifesciences Domain experience, especially across functional areas
Strong Delivery and Portfolio management
Solutioning and strong customer relationship skills

Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with a minimum of 16 years of experience.
Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and practices.
Exhibit excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
Show proficiency in resource allocation and utilization.
Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Have experience in conducting project reviews and audits.
Be adept at providing training and mentorship to team members.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
