Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• One year of experience working in an office setting preferred.

We are seeking an Engagement Support Staff to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA 19122.

Position Details

The Engagement Support Staff will be responsible for providing person-centered customer service by answering phones and interacting with program members, staff, clinicians and visitors in a timely and pleasant manner. Other duties include managing check-ins for Persons in Recovery (PIR) presenting to program and ensuring they are not scheduled for services and do not have any active clinical holds before removing check-in. escort PIRs and all guests around the facility as needed, and promote a cooperative and supportive environment.

Earn $18.22/hour.
