Overview

We are seeking an Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer to perform professional assignments following established policies. This position requires some professional judgment and a limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.

This position will be located in our Camden, Arkansas facility.

Essential Functions

• Perform technical supervision and troubleshooting of complex operations involved in the manufacture of Warhead mixing, casting and assembly operations
• Originate, prepare, and maintain detailed planning (Standard Operating Procedures) for the manufacture of inert/energetic components
• Perform hands-on pilot operations for manufacture of new inert/energetic components, and development program components.
• Accurately report problems, solutions, and results in concise written and oral communications.
• Perform mathematical calculations for geometric checks and chemical mixtures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
