The Engineering Co-Op will apply knowledge learned in the classroom and apply those principles to hands-on situations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Participate in Engineering and Quality department or project teams.
  • Analyze improvements, new products, or applications and develop requirements and specifications with team.
  • Learn Measurement and Test Methods and support the development of Work Instructions and skills.
  • Work within guidelines and specifications provided to meet project goals, objectives, and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend training sessions and other appropriate educational opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Systems Engineering.
  • Critical problem analysis, decision making, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
