We're looking for an Engineering Manager to work with a high performing group of software engineers and analysts creating paved paths for both classical machine learning and interaction with large language models.

In this position we seek someone excited to work with a dynamic, diverse group of engineers and managers who are all used to wearing multiple hats to get the job done. We will work with teams throughout the organization including the Analytics & Data Science Product Domain, Legal and Compliance, Marketing Analytics, Strategy Operations, and more. We seek someone comfortable with supporting requirement definition, continual prioritization, and the development of the operational processes supporting emerging machine learning and product capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and cultivate a culture of direct, compassionate feedback. Engage in a results-oriented work style, and encourage transparent communication. Facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork
  • Coach and mentor decision making and problem solving and identify and sponsor growth opportunities for your team
  • Work with the engineering department leadership to iterate on the strategic Data Services Roadmap
  • Continually prioritize and assess the value proposition for each deliverable we're investing in
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers working with a wide number of stakeholders and collaborators. Foster candid conversations around process and solutioning with a growing internal customer base
  • Work with data scientists and product teams to experiment and create highly innovative and revenue-driving product capabilities
  • Work cross functionally with Legal, Compliance, Data Science, ML Engineering, Support, Marketing and people teams to help define and scope their objectives while ensuring our solutions remain robust and scalable
