Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our technical products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Project Management: The technical product manager is responsible for managing the product development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: The technical product manager is responsible for ensuring that the product is thoroughly validated and meets quality standards before launch.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and driving successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
