We are looking for an Engineering Product Manager with experience in Medical Device engineering and product development. This person will oversee a team of 3 mechanical engineers and 2 electrical engineers so leadership experience is required. The role will be responsible for 3 key areas: meeting with customers to gather inputs and product requirement information, strategic road-mapping of product lines, and engineering leadership to make sure that road map is met. This position will report directly to the group president and serve as part of the senior leadership team.

Travel expectations: 15% (once every couple of months or so)

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (biomedical, mechanical, or similar field preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in a product management field
- Understanding of clinical environment workflows (healthcare IT systems, medical device technology and best practices, regulatory requirements in medical device industry)
- 1+ recent year with project management tools/best practices
- 8+ years of experience in engineering (at least 5 recent years in medical device/healthcare)
