Position Summary:

• Work as a highly motivated Developer for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales in a customized large organization.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce ecosystems with best practices along with alignment with other senior resources and architecture.
• Experience to work in an Agile Environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop Salesforce components to meet the business requirements and standard development practices.
• Understand and transform business requirements into design specifications and manageable artifacts.
• Follow standard development methodologies and expertise in the full SDLC at various stages such as analysis, design, and development to ensure quality of solution.
• Develop solutions for user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Ensure well documented designs and solutions for all development work and follow best coding standards for development.
• Provide technical support in configuration, coding, development, and documentation of software specifications through out the project life cycle.
• Participate in Agile team activities daily as an active participant on the Development team along with sizing and completion of development activities.
• Work with cross teams on understanding the solutions and inter-team dependencies.
• In depth review of development work done by peers and provide timely and effective feedback.
• Work with DevOps, QE teams to ensure code deployments and testing in a timely manner.
• Support the production validations and partner with support team members in rectifying production defects based on need.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: A minimum of afour (4) year degree or equivalent.

Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a Salesforce environment.

Skills:

• Experienced in building guided and visual processes with Lightning flows, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Aura Components.
• Experienced in optimizing queries by using proper indexes and skinny tables. Must be able to understand the data models.
• Experienced in building integrations with middleware systems and build web services in Salesforce.
• Experienced in creating scenario-based Unit Test cases and ensure proper code coverage as per standard practices.
• Expertise with standard Salesforce features in Service Cloud area and assist in training new users.
• Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming constructs and design patterns like MVC. Must be able to understand and enforce readability and reusability.
• Experience working at a large enterprise organization with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate ability to follow predefined processes, meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform with ability to build and support custom applications enforcing best practices of Salesforce.
