The Enrollment Management Analyst will serve on the Office of Enrollment Operations Enrollment Technology Team and will be responsible for monitoring and responding to technical inquiries related to the application for admission process. The position will also assist with operational tasks within University-wide student information systems, with a focus on Salesforce/TargetX and Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions but also including Hyland OnBase.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relevant acquired skills and abilities:
Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.

- Experience with Salesforce and TargetX or another higher education CRM platform
- Experience providing customer support and service
- Experience working in higher education Enrollment Management or a related field
- Monitor and respond to technical inquires from applicants to UT Dallas academic programs related to the application for admission process.
- Troubleshoot, research, and collaborate with team members on resolution of technical issues impacting applicants and other stakeholders; document issues troubleshooting and resolutions.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed.

- Ability to learn and synthesize new data into useful information and resolutions/work-arounds related to assisting applicants, such as familiarity with common issues in graduate and undergraduate application systems and the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Applicant Portal
- Ability to make key observations and suggestions regarding potential issues and resolutions based on interactions with applicants for admission
- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively via written, verbal, and electronic methods to staff, applicants, and other stakeholders as required
- High business acumen in dealing with applicants and co-workers
